- Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve improvement inline with the Global Template Process defined business goals.
- Manage SLA on resolving incidents and estimations for the new projects.
- Configure SAP FICO,FSCM, SD,MM modules, SAP Fiori, SAP EWM, SAP HANA- Evaluation.
- Interact with Development team for Enhancements on Program Changes, Bug fixes.
- Perform Unit tests, Integration tests, UAT sign off and production deployment.
- Interact with different teams ICT SD, ICT PP/WM, ICT MM and respective modules for data exchange and validation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, problem solve and automate current process for an error free processing.
- Gather Information ,understand requirements, integrate external systems, implementation plans, validation, data analyses, and develop programs.
- Configure outbound and inbound IDocs, Reprocess the failed IDocs after the error has been fixed, blocking of the ID docs, Archiving IDocs.
- Implementation & support various interfaces like BCM, dispute management, automatic payment, return. Identify and implement automation scope to fulfil several federal requirements.
- Create complex technical design specifications from functional requirements including system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, system design models.
Minimum Education Requirement:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a closely related field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
