- Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified mission for business information technology solutions.
- Act as liaison between customers and technical staff to define requirements and business cases for the technology development projects.
- Conduct research and collaborate with technical staff and customers in the design, development, and testing of information system solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary personnel and external contractors to determine customers' needs, deliver training, and ensure customer proficiency in newly implemented tools and applications.
- Facilitate system implementations ensuring mission and technical operational requirements are met.
- Evaluate customer processes, issues, and needs to facilitate the definition of technical system requirements.
- Responsible for gap-to-goal analysis and co-planning to close target achievement gaps.
- Assists with CRE data quality and information object continuous improvement efforts that contribute to business plan inputs and outputs.
- Take reasonable risks, function in multiple roles on niche business optimization teams, and to enable enterprise-wide cross functional ways of working.
- Collaborate frequently with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Product Owners who provide the business direction to the IT platform product line developers.
- Provide technical input to the Business Analyst team such as reports, recommendations, or analysis documentation, and leverage your skill set to implement solutions with existing hardware and application suites.
- Create and manage all cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
- Collaborate and facilitate the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
Minimum Education Requirement:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, a closely related field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
